What can you expect?

Blue Iris Counseling, LLC is a completely remote private practice, which means therapy sessions are delivered via an online secure HIPAA compliant site to ensure your privacy is safe. Telehealth therapy is just as effective as in person therapy. Clients can be reassured that they will receive the same high quality and individualized therapy as they would in a traditional office. Some clients report that they feel more comfortable expressing themselves via telehealth therapy. Telehealth therapy offers flexibility in scheduling sessions within your day instead of making your day fit around therapy. Many clients schedule sessions early morning before work, during lunch hours, and other gaps that would otherwise not be possible if clients had to factor in travel to and from the office. Find a time and space that works for you, and start making the changes you’ve been waiting to make.
